CUT ONLINE is a cnc machining service based just outside of London. We cut sheet materials such as acrylic / MDF / ply / aluminium up to 2440 X 1220 X 50MM.

We supply cut components for you to piece together or oversee the complete development of an idea, we can work with you to refine production details and resolve material interfaces.

CUT ONLINE has evolved from years of exhibition projects so we understand the importance of time and quality. Contributing to major design events in the UK and overseas we can organise freight or buy a little extra time when you have a tight deadline.

    THE WORKSHOP

    WELL EQUIPPED WORKSHOP.

    Our workshop has the ability to manage projects on a variety of scales, our core focus being the manufacturing of components, we are equally suited to full scale protoypes and exhibition pieces.

    The workshop includes a 3 axis CNC machine, it has a 1220 x 2440 cutting bed with the capacity for material up to 50mm thick. It has an automated 7 tool multichanger to manage surfacing, profiling, engraving and pocketing in a variety of sheet materials.
